BRAHMALOKAM TO YAMALOKAM VIA BHULOKAM - Too much effort to create comedy

In Brahmalokam, Brahma (Rajendra Prasad) has a small quarrel with Saraswathi Devi (Kalyani) and he judges that marriage has to be followed by death. In Bhulokam, Sreenu (Sivaji) a struggling guy trying to impress Swetha (Sonia) and it is love at first sight. Meanwhile, Sreenu’s friend Sobhan Babu (Venu Madhav) does a penance to Brahma and wins his heart. Brahma gives a jug to Sobhan Babu and tells him to drink it that will give the power to read anyone’s fate. However Sreenu ends up drinking it. what happens next is to be seen on BIG screen.

The film is basically a socio fantasy movie with a few twists. However movies becomes less interesting once the plot is revealed. Love thread should also have been dealt better.

Strengths :dialogues and the visual effects .Background score was impressive, two songs were melodious, Rajendra Prasad, Sonia .

Weakness : Weak in content / not enough stamina to run for 2:30 hrs.

Meets the audience expectations : partly.
Producer Happy : Needs aggresive publicity to get revenues.
Reviewer Happy : Reviewer not happy. It is too thin and a frustrating story line to pick-up the backdrop of Yama, Brahma etc., with mythology background. It sounds very cliche.' . They should worked more on the concept and used them with more creativity.
